A1 Septics is a family owned business. Our team purchased the business in 2018, and after an initial steep learning curve re-branded to "A1 Septics". We have expanded the business across the Mid North Coast region to cover from Iluka down to South West Rocks and west to Dorrigo and Ulong.
We enjoy meeting our customers while servicing and repairing all brands of aerated septic systems including Taylex, Biocycle, Fuji Clean, Aquanova and Earthsafe. Waste water is not a topic many people want to discuss over a cuppa, but it is something we all want to ensure is working efficiently.
In recent years, like many others, we were affected by bushfires, COVID and a few floods, which led us to re-evaluate some of our business processes implementing improvements in our structure and software. Our aim is to continually improve the quality and efficiency of our wastewater services, and our customers feedback has helped us focus our changes to be more efficient and available to assist you in maintaining your septic systems.
Our technicians have all of the required qualifications, as well as relevant industry accreditation to provide servicing and repair services. As opportunity is available, they continue to engage in ongoing learning to ensure their knowledge remains up to date, and provide the best service possible.
We are proud distributors for Taylex® Tanks and are fully accredited by Taylex® for installation and maintenance of their systems
Meet Our Team
Meet Brad - Brad grew up in the Clarence Valley where he completed his schooling and worked at a local fruit and veg store. Since completing his schooling Brad moved to the beautiful Macleay Coast where he worked in variety of jobs before becoming our newest member of the A1 Septics team
Brad enjoys a range of different activities outside of work, some of which including fishing, camping and family activities.
Meet Huey – Huey was born up in Darwin, spent his younger years on the outskirts of Sydney and since 2004 has lived up on the beautiful Coffs Coast. Since completing school, Huey has worked in a wide variety of different areas which has given him an extensive set of skills and abilities when it comes to problem solving and working out solutions on the fly. Huey is also our Sales and Servicing Manager, his knowledge of the systems and his love for customer relations helps him to always try and work out the best solution for our customers.
Outside of work, Huey is a member of his local rural fire brigade and loves to spend his spare time with his family and friends. This usually involves fishing, four wheel driving or camping.
